I don’t plan on going back. This place had great staff for a long while. I never felt like a bother and everyone was extremely kind. Recently I feel like that has changed. You will go to refill up at the counter during slow times and see employees flirting with each other, to the point where you have to interrupt and say excuse me to get service. Another issue is the refill policy. This location used to allow you to refill your old cup for 75 cents or something, the price didn’t really matter. I just preferred not wasting a million cups. Now they make you buy a new drink. Not courteous and not kind, barely a chick fil a

Need I even review this? Chick-fil-A will forever be my favorite restaurant. Best food, best staff, best experience. Always busy, but that seems like a good problem to have. Plan ahead, use the app for less wait time.

Ordered door dash and explicitly stated that we wanted 6 chick fil a sauces for our 3 combos and instead it arrived with 2 sauces. I don’t have the time to drive over, explaining why I ordered through door dash. I called to see how it would be fixed and the employee said it’s door dashes fault and to take it up with them even though they were the ones who bagged up the food. Very unprofessional and I won’t be going to this location anymore.
